Big bill for nonexistent broadband service

VALENTHIRAN SUBRAMANIAM has been asked to pay exorbitant bills for wired high-speed broadband services which have not even been set up in his company.


But after 10 months, they were shocked to suddenly receive a high-speed broadband bill amounting to RM2,000.

“I immediately emailed the company’s customer service personnel to request for a termination of the service,” he says.

“I asked them, who would agree to sign up for both services when we only have three staff members?”


VALENTHIRAN says the company has yet to contact them regarding the matter.

“We’ll look out for the adjustment next month and see if they are true to their word."
